Karolis Gudas is an attorney-at-law with more than 15 years of professional experience in regulation, dispute resolution, compliance, and corporate governance. His practice spans both national and international levels, with a focus on complex disputes, regulatory challenges, and strategic projects.
Karolis has represented clients before a range of high-level institutions, including the European Commission (DG FISMA, DG COMP, DG ENER), as well as Lithuanian national authorities – the Bank of Lithuania, the Competition Council, the Communications Regulatory Authority, and the National Energy Regulatory Council.
Dr. Gudas has appeared on behalf of clients before the Supreme Court of Lithuania, the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania, the Court of Justice of the European Union, and in international arbitration proceedings under various institutional rules – ICC (Paris), SCC (Stockholm), FIA (Finland), FTC (Serbia), HKIAC (Hong Kong), and VCA (Vilnius).
